TTG
Systems has added considerable new features
to its TRACCESS™ PERFORM module. Formerly
known as v8, TRACCESS™ CI is the evolution
of years of customer feedback and research.
TRACCESS™
CI will not only have a fresher look and
feel, it will provide you a feature-rich
and robust software application. TRACCESS™

CI
marks a new generation of competency-based
learning.

Inherited Learning Structure
TRACCESS™ data structures are now hierarchical
in nature. This means, for example, that
you can nest Organization Units within Organizaion
Units and that assigned learning can be inherited
downstream through the tree
structure. This downstream inheritance means
that you can apply learning at the top of the
organization that will cascade down to all
Employees within the tree. Downstream inheritance
also means that any learning applied further
down the Organization tree structure will apply
only to those below in the tree.
Role-based Functionality
TRACCESS™ CI’s power is in its role-based
functionality. TRACCESS™ CI users are no longer
limited to one role within the system. Employees
can have multiple roles ranging from Learner, Supervisor, Administrator, Reporter
and Subject Matter Expert. These roles can
be assigned to Employees at various areas such
as different Organization Units or Processes,
allowing you to limit or tailor permissions
per user. And, to increase efficiency and flexibility,
TRACCESS™ CI has integrated its features into
one window, where your role within the system
dictates what you have access to.
Events
If you are an Administrator in the TRACCESS™
CI system, you may want to create and monitor
certain events, such as running reports or
sending email. For example, you may want
to create an event that sends an employee
and their manager an email notification when
a task is about to elapse. In TRACCESS™ CI,
you will be able to create event triggers,
such as state changes or elapsing time periods,
and designate responses, such as report generation
or email.
Multilingual
Data
This powerful new TRACCESS™ CI feature allows
multiple languages to be applied to data in
an implementation. This means that Employees
may access their learning in any language and
you will not lose any of the synchronization
of data or reporting features. TRACCESS™ CI
even allows you to tailor Task resources and
assessments based on the language needs of
a site, yet continue to track and report on
that Task at the Corporate level.
Capability Assessments
One of the benefits of TRACCESS™ is the tracking
and compliance protection that it offers.
Now, with the addition of Capability Assessments,
we have increased your corporate safety-net.
TRACCESS™ CI now lets your Subject Matter
Experts author performance criteria in the
form of Capability
Assessments that can then be observed by an
Evaluator. This creates standard, observable
checklists that eliminate assessment subjectivity
in performance evaluation.
SCORM Engine
TRACCESS™ CI is integrated with the world’s
leading Rustici SCORM Engine and allows you
to import, deliver and track SCORM modules
at the Resource level for learning Tasks. The
SCORM Engine has been formally certified by
ADL at the highest levels of conformance for
both SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004.
Prerequisites
TRACCESS™ CI now supports prerequisites. You
can use prerequisites when you require Learners
to complete a Task before attempting subsequent
Tasks.
Bookmarks
You can create Bookmarks to any location in
a tree or even to individual assessment questions.
Bookmarks can be extremely helpful when you
are an Subject Matter Expert who is building
learning structures or when you are a learner
who needs to Bookmark your place in a Knowledge
Assessment.
The
TRACCESS™ CI Product Family
The TRACCESS™ CI modules integrate seamlessly
with the TRACCESS™ CI base to give you the
additional and tailored functionality you require.
