TRACCESS™ MONITOR is an easy to use stand-alone application that automatically tracks and notifies you of TRACCESS PERFORM competency/ compliance status changes for all employees and supervisors. This automation saves you administrative hours of manually reviewing records or printed reports to verify that employees are current or compliant.

TRACCESS™ MONITOR reviews the status of critical tasks for each employee in any role defined within the main TRACCESS™ PERFORM database. TRACCESS PERFORM Administrators can easily mark a task as critical and configure the email messages that will be sent to notify employees. Administrators can also set up TRACCESS™ MONITOR to notify employees on a defined frequency – be it once daily, weekly or monthly. Employees are notified by email whenever their task status places them at risk of non-compliance.

TRACCESS™ MONITOR maintains a record of past notifications and their frequency in a log so that employees are reminded regularly if they do not complete the critical tasks assigned to their job responsibility in the time period designated in TRACCESS MONITOR.
