About TTG
A pioneer of sustainable competency solutions, TTG helps companies achieve operational excellence through employee competence. Founded in 1974, TTG began as a consulting firm focusing on employee performance and competency assurance systems. Today TTG’s TRACCESS™ software continues to provide sustainable competency management solutions that support career development; competency and compliance management; competency assessment; learning content authoring; and competency and compliance monitoring. TRACCESS™ works for any industry, any job, any process, task or operational unit that has the need to develop competent employees quickly and efficiently.

TRACCESS™ has been named the best practice in several global organizations whose very business depends upon adherence to regulatory and safety polices and operational effectiveness.

In 1998, TTG Systems Incorporated strengthened its ties in the Oil and Gas training arena and became an affiliate company of OGCI, Inc. OGCI is the world’s largest petroleum training provider. It is the undisputed leader for oil and gas training with more than 550 sessions, 110 plus instructors and 212,000 participants trained . In 2001, Shell, BP, and OGCI formed the PetroSkills alliance and launched a new age in petroleum learning. Since then, Saudi Aramco, Halliburton, Occidental Petroleum, Unocal, John M. Campbell & Company, the University of Trinidad & Tobago, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, and Repsol YPF and Marathon have joined to help define the industry's standard in technical training. In the past five years, the alliance has worked together to build a world leader in petroleum training.
