TTG Systems Incorporated Acquires Long-time Australian Reseller

EDMONTON, AB, June 15, 2006 — TTG Systems Incorporated today announced that it has acquired its long time value added reseller, TTG Systems Australasia (from Labrador Petro Management Pty Ltd. (LPM) The acquisition was finalized at the end of May, 2006.

The Australian entity was formed as a joint venture originally in 1993 with the Dawson Group, an Australian engineering firm. TTG Systems sold its equity in 1996 and TTG Asia-Pacific became a value added reseller under the Optum Group. Labrador Petro Management acquired the business from Optum in 2002. The acquisition of TTG System Australasia completes a full circle of ownership.
